Recruitment Solvers is an international recruitment agency that specialises in providing a tailored service for both potential clients and businesses looking to enhance their workforce with global talent.
With two very distinct audiences to consider, the website’s navigation and content structure was a key element of our strategy stage, ensuring all users were served with the content they required as efficiently as possible.
Before work on their site could begin, however, we were tasked with modernising their current visual brand to ensure it would be future-proofed to fully support all online and offline marketing.
The solution
After modernising the RS brand with a logo, font and colour palette that would be functional across online and offline brand placements, the Scoot team focused on a new custom website design and development.
With a strong focus on strategy, we got to work on ensuring the RS personality would be apparent across their site – offering an opportunity to build trust with their users in a way that larger, faceless operations are unable to.
A fresh colour palette paired with strong typography and intuitive navigation resulted in a recruitment agency website that places Recruitment Solvers in a confident position to continue to grow in their industry.
The results
Following launch of their brand new website, Recruitment Solvers have now embarked on a Digital Partnership with Scoot to continue our support as they grow their digital presence.
Whilst already active on social media, the RS team required additional support to create copy and visual assets that would deliver their message to their tailored audiences, all whilst retaining a strong visual identity.
