The challenge

An engaging website to showcase James Frew's ongoing legacy and new brand.

Following the creation of their new brand style, James Frew tasked us with this in a digital setting to build a new web presence that would be futureproofed for years to come. 

The company was at a turning point and repositioning itself to fully encompass child brand GasSure as a key part of James Frew. It was time to start from scratch and create a digital presence that was on brand and on message.

The solution

A cross-platform digital marketing strategy and partnership.

With a scope of customers ranging from domestic homeowners to construction managers, Frew’s digital marketing strategy required an all-hands-on-deck approach to ensure every brand touchpoint was given the attention it required.

We started with their new website – a custom design and build that delivered brand impact whilst ensuring full functionality at all points.

Home Plans by James Frew GasSure are an important revenue stream for the business, so we built a bespoke sign-up system that used their custom API to make sure there would be no interruption in service for their customer service teams.

But the hard work didn’t stop when their new site launched. That was just the beginning.

Since launching their new site, we’ve been hard at work delivering a custom digital marketing strategy for Frew.

We manage their social media accounts, we’re working on a comprehensive SEO campaign, all alongside paid ads on social media and Google, printed branded assets and more.

We pride ourselves on being an extension of James Frew’s in-house marketing team. With regular communication and progress updates with our task management software, we’re only ever a notification away.

The SWPL have been working with Scoot as a partner since the establishment of our organisation in 2022.

They have played a vital role in designing and developing our website, successfully launching the initial phase before implementing two further phases to enhance the user experience. They have also supported on a number of projects including matchday programmes, LED boards, and more. The Scoot team are always responsive and proactive, offering solutions and support above and beyond.
