Encompass Corporation was looking for a redesign of their current site, which no longer served their requirements as a growing global business.

Delivered in partnership with the design team at See Saw Creative, we began a strategic digital project with Encompass to make sure we understood their sector, their offering and their users.

With a strong focus on refining their existing website’s structure, we delivered a new digital platform that would assist users in their search throughout the Encompass site – making it easy for them to find the information relevant to them in a quick, efficient manner.

Partnering with a third-party FinTech-specialist SEO agency, we devised a content plan and information architecture that further defined the Encompass offering.

Our team created bespoke page designs that provided a fresh, bold look to allow Encompass to exceed the online performance of their peers.

Encompass’ user-base presented a global audience for their new site, all of whom provided positive critique that has continued from launch until now.

Since launch of the site, we’ve been working with Encompass on a regular basis, offering monthly support with a Scoot Digital Partnership.

With a large number of tasks to process, we utilise task management software to allow for job-ticket creation, updates and sign-off – all of which Encompass have full visibility and access to, encouraging transparency and communication at all points.
