Meet our newest recruit Alix!
Alix joins the team as our new Social Media Executive and brings a fresh perspective and exciting creative ideas to develop social media strategies for platforms from Facebook to TikTok. We’re already excited to introduce Alix to our clients.
We sat down with her to find out more about our newest member of the team.
Let’s start off easy – what’s your favourite social media platform?
My favourite social media platform has to be TikTok.
It’s continually changing and I love keeping up with each new trend. Whether it’s a crazy dance or voice-over, TikTok has it all for all audiences. TikTok is one of the best sources for comedic content and I often find myself laughing out loud.
I also love that I can find recommendations for almost everything including new restaurants to try near me and places to add to my travel hit list. The platform also allows you to get your creative juices flowing and lets you showcase your own hobbies, passions and interests in your own unique way!
Up next – what’s your favourite thing about what you do?
My favourite thing about what I do is seeing social media strategies come to life.
It’s important to set social media strategies at the beginning of any project that I can refer back to and determine the end result for our clients. Whether it’s growing social following, developing brand awareness or driving website traffic, when the positive results come back it gives me a real buzz! My job keeps me on my toes and each social platform is constantly changing in its own way, and this is something that really excites me!
Last but not least – what part of your Scoot journey are you most excited about?
I am most excited to begin meeting all of our fantastic clients and start to get to know them.
Each client is different and I’m excited to learn about their goals and how I can offer social media support to meet their business objectives.
I am ready to develop my skillset in digital marketing while working hard and delivering those all-important results for our clients. I am thrilled to be part of team Scoot!
