Users of their old site were often confused and not finding the wealth of information that was hidden behind unintuitive page structures and unstructured predefined paths. We worked closely with Wellington’s team to develop an improved information architecture based on data from their current users and feedback from key stakeholders.
The outcome? A new website that places Wellington’s ethos at front and centre, encouraging engagement from all user types – staff members, existing pupils and prospective families.
Utilising a strong yet simple design system, their new site is receiving top grades from all users, and continues to perform at top of the class.
